Teacher Training
It is not common in Lesotho to have a pre school, so there is no regular vocational programme. In Malealea the teachers are being trained during the summer months. They attend school for a few weeks to improve their skills in teaching, the first time they go they achieve Level One and they can go on to Level Four. Every two years they can upgrade their level. To be able to give this training an amount of € 1500,- is needed, that means € 750,- a year.
What is done with the money: teachers will be traine every two year
